Shrek Mid Point

Once again I'm extending this "one week" to two weeks. Perhaps I should do this on a regular basis...although when we get into CDs that I know well, one week will be more than enough....hmmmmmmm

anyway.

I am LOVING Shrek The Musical OCR. Which, if we're being honest, shocked me. I was concerned it would be a little...cheesy. And while there is a little of that and a little adjustment to the different voices than the movie, it's awesome.

Basically anything Daniel Breaker (Donkey) or John Tartaglia (Pinocchio) does/sings/says is amazing. I also love the shout-out to "Gypsy" in Story of My Life. As usual, Sutton Foster is awesome.

And Christopher Sieber is slightly creepy/terrifying as Lord Farquaad, which in my mind, means he's spot on.

So far, so good!
